This year’s winners include the changemakers in politics, business, entertainment, and the community who are powering Vancouver right now
VANCOUVER, British Columbia–(BUSINESS WIRE)–Last night at the Terminal City Club, Vancouver Magazine debuted the highly anticipated 2024 Power 50 list during its annual award show, celebrating the outstanding achievements of Vancouver’s trailblazers. A special Hall of Fame recognition was given to those who have demonstrated longstanding excellence and earned a permanent place above and beyond the regular annual rankings.
“Our Power 50 is intended to recognize people with the power to move the dial in all sorts of different ways — whether that’s in council chambers or behind-the-scenes at a non-profit,” says Stacey McLachlan, Editor-in-Chief of Vancouver Magazine, “To have these changemakers all in one room is always a unique experience. A special thank you to everyone who was involved in making the night happen.”
The Power 50 was presented by LaSalle College Vancouver in partnership with Bosa Properties, Nicola Wealth, and Telus Business, with additional recognition for Global BC, Culmina Family Estate Winery, Terminal City Club, Duchess Cocktails, and Red Truck Beer Company.
