Titusville, Florida. July 20, 2015.– The Minority Chamber of Commerce (MCC) is reorganizing its field operations, adding three Regional Business Centers which will absorb the current Miami structure and Washington Office. The move is designed to more closely align the Chamber’s field organization with new products for local members, partners and communities. This reorganization of Regional Offices will improve communications about benefits, programs and events, between the members and the Regional Business Center in Titusville, Florida. The restructuring will also streamline the go-to-expansion processes and create more dynamic and robust business programs for the Chamber. Each Regional Business Center is empowered to make business and events decisions, incorporate incentives, and financially operate self-sufficiently in each of the respective regions.`
“The expansion requirements for the chamber are different from Miami or Titusville or those in DC. Now we are creating a national membership with integrated connectivity and incentives programs” said Doug Mayorga, President and CEO, “We’ll give the Regional Business Center to the City of Titusville management the resources necessary to make the smart decisions in order to respond quickly to member’s demands around the country and cross border. They’ll be responsible for managing significant support, incentive, product and information decisions to update in our network”
Business Centers will be supported by a call center in Titusville, Florida, for our members any place of the world, to keep them informed and connect them to Legal support, Events, Contract Opportunities in their areas, Certification, Member Relations, Training, personnel needs and business referrals.
“The restructuring of our field organization is being done in an effort to more directly service our offices located in Miami, Washington DC and opening in Titusville, Florida,” said Maria Loaisiga, National Executive Director. “The result will be a solid foundation, and faster and more responsive organization for our active members.”
This effort to expand the network of Regional Business Centers for the Chamber, will add offices in Tampa, Atlanta, Las Vegas and San Diego. International offices are under way for Italy, Cuba, Frances and Israel. “Our Business Center concept has worked so well we’re going to expand it from three offices to a network of eight,” said Jeanette Pinero, Chairwoman of the Minority Chamber of Commerce, “In the short time they’ve been active, and the Minority Business Centers have created a compelling success story, particular to assist global investors with EB5. The speed with which the Minority Regional Business Center concept has been accepted has led us to shorten the changeover window from two years to just 90 days.”
