C’est La Vie University Town Center Ribbon Cutting Event

Sarasota, FL — C’est La Vie at University Town Center (UTC) in Bradenton, Florida presented a Ribbon Cutting and Tasting Event on Thursday, March 2, 2017 from 4pm. The event was the official opening and celebration of C’est La Vie’s new location at the Shoppes at University Town Center in Bradenton, Florida. This is the first franchise for Christophe and Geraldine Coutellle, proprietors of the popular C’est La Vie Restaurant and Bakery, in downtown Sarasota and Lolita Tartine in the Rosemary District in Sarasota. The Ribbon Cutting event was organized by the Manatee Chamber of Commerce and offered a variety of complimentary signature C’est La Vie hors d’oeuvres including Gougères, Quiche Cordon Bleu, Turkey Club Sandwich, Smoked Salmon Verrine, and Mini Croque Monsieur along with Prosecco, French white wine from Alsace, lemonade, Iced Tea, and water. Approximately 75 C’est La Vie loyal fans attended and delighted in the event, signed the official “ribbon”, and toasted to C’est La Vie’s success.

The C’est La Vie franchise agreement is with Myriam and Jean Dandonneau from Paris, France. Myriam and Jean had successful careers in computer science in France but knew they wanted more. After doing some research online, Myriam and Jean visited Sarasota, met with the Coutelles, and soon the franchise agreement was born. Christophe and Geraldine Coutelle are thrilled about the opening tasting event and ribbon cutting of a second C’est La Vie. “We are so pleased with the successful soft opening of C’est La Vie’s second location, and we can’t wait to make it official,” says Geraldine Coutelle. “Myriam and Jean just love it here and it shows in their care and attention to detail. The customers reaction to the new location has superseded anything we ever imagined, this is going to be a nice celebration,” she says.
