BancPlus Corporation Announces Quarterly Cash Dividend

RIDGELAND, Miss.–(BUSINESS WIRE)–BancPlus Corporation, the holding company for BankPlus, today announced that on October 18, 2022, its Board of Directors declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.41 per share of its common stock. The cash dividend is equivalent to an annualized dividend of $1.64 per share. The cash dividend will be paid on December 15, 2022, to shareholders of record as of the close of business on November 15, 2022.
